Services
I offer individual and group sessions of Creative Psychotherapy.
You can chose one-to-one or group sessions depending on your needs during the initial session where you can ask explore what would be most helpful to you.
One-to-one sessions are 55min long.
Group sessions are 1hour and
50min long and have five members maximum.
Group sizes can range from minimum two to five group members with one facilitator.
Larger groups would be facilitated by two psychotherapists and the group can be up to eight members.
Memberships
I am a member of COSRT and pending membership in HCPC.
Fees
£60 per hour for individual sessions and £30 per person in groups of 3 to 5 people.
Initial assessment session £40
Concessions possible according to income.
Payments can be made by cash or online banking.
